Digital Health Transformation in Sudan Through SHARE Project with the support of E Connect Africa

Under the “SHARE” project, launched under the slogan “Towards a Better Digital Health System,” the State Ministry of Health – Al Gadarif, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Health and E Connect Africa, initiated introductory training on digital transformation applications across healthcare institutions.

During the visit to the Republic of Sudan, E Connect Africa delivered hands-on training for primary healthcare providers on the practical use of iConnect, Care Connect, and ZAMW. The team also met with the Minister of Health to align on the mission’s objectives and the role of these digital platforms in supporting healthcare services across the state

E Connect Africa Expands Digital Health Training to Hamashkorib, Kassala State

As part of its ongoing digital health initiatives in Sudan, E Connect Africa conducted field visits to Hamashkorib locality in Kassala State. At the Hamashkorib locality hall, representatives from more than 15 healthcare facilities gathered to participate in the launch and introduction of iConnect, Care Connect, and ZAMW.

Following the official launch of the three applications, healthcare workers engaged in hands-on practice sessions as part of E Connect Africa’s on-ground training approach. This milestone marks another success story in Sudan, reflecting continued efforts to strengthen digital capacity across healthcare facilities.
